1.5 Sales History

Clicking on the ‘Sales History’ link on the Customer Details page will bring you to a summary of past purchases made by the customer. It also will show previous returns by the customer.

You will see the page as shown by the screenshot below.

The Search Toolbar on the top of the page allows you to narrow down your search to specific dates. The ‘History Type’ option allows you to search for past purchases (invoices) and past returns (credit notes) related to this customer.

This summary page allows you to analyse previous purchases and returns by the customer, allowing you to determine which products are more active. It also details the last ordered date and days since the last order, allowing sales person to determine that a potential need for a new order might arise.
